Maniobra de evasion

I want to apologize because I can't stop listening this album. Now I am going to mention "Maniobra de evasion" and for those who may be interested, I am going to try to do my best and translate the lyrics... The Spanish version goes like this:

Believe me, I have not even started. Once my mood moves to “Sr Chinarro” there is going to be no stop. Everybody can get their own idea about the meaning of this song.
